Immaculate Bazira- Student of Cameras for Girls

My grandmother raised me for most of my early childhood; my mother worked in distant places and would occasionally visit. Raised by a single mother with my sister, I understand the precarious position of our lives.

I am determined, strong-willed and focused on learning journalism and communications. Less practical experience through my schools has made me realize that I had to take advantage of the Cameras For Girls program to promote myself and my skills. 

I am grateful for the opportunity to be in the 2022 class and learn photography so I can get experience and build my career in the future.
