Our 2024 Train the Trainer Workshop, Uganda

In 2024, we launched our first-ever Train the Trainer program in Uganda with a 5-day intensive workshop—3 days in the classroom followed by 2 days of field practice. This was coupled with an 8-month hybrid program that blended in-person and virtual learning, ensuring long-term growth and support.

By the end of the year, we proudly graduated four new trainers, equipping them not only with advanced photography and storytelling skills but also with the tools to guide and mentor the next generation of Cameras For Girls students.

This milestone marked a new chapter for our work—building local leadership and sustainability from within.
